Get to Know Me

Hey everyone! Thanks for checking out my page! I am a professional pole vaulter born and raised in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. I was the 2009 Division I Ohio High School State Champion. I was a 2x Division II National Champion while at Ashland University. I graduated in 2013 with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Fashion Merchandising. I then pursued a professional pole vault career in Knoxville, Tennessee. After placing 5th at the Olympic Trials in 2016, I moved to train in Pullman, Washington with 2x World Champion Brad Walker. During the 2018 season we improved my personal best to 4.91 (16’1)-the 5th highest height in history, signed a contract with Nike, placed 5th at the World Championships, became NACAC champion, and was ranked top 10 in the world. It's been incredibly exciting seeing my potential come to fruition but the journey is far from over! I cannot wait to see what the future holds!
